The Impact of Green Human Resource Management on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors: The Mediating Role of Organizational Identification and Job Satisfaction

چکیده

The main aim of this study is to analyze the impact green human resource management on organizational citizenship behavior through mediating role identification and job satisfaction in Portuguese companies certified by ISO 14001. A survey was applied a sample 120 collaborators who work 14001 industrial companies. Results indicate that there mediation model, which uses effect relationship between its behavior. This proves be important when understanding individual effects caused system.
